This site is operated by the "Dancing Without Borders or Limits" program — the National Dance Conference for Special Education Schools (the "Program"). This policy explains how we treat visitors' information, in accordance with Israel's Protection of Privacy Law, 1981, and its regulations.

What Information Does the Site Collect? Almost None

  • No registration and no user accounts. This is an informational site only.
  • The site does not store form details. The join form runs entirely in your browser: on submission, WhatsApp opens with a pre-composed message containing the details you filled in. The details are not sent to or stored on the site's servers. The message is sent directly from you to us on WhatsApp, subject to WhatsApp's terms of service.
  • The site sets no tracking cookies of its own. There are no advertising tools and no marketing tracking.

Third-Party Services

  • Hosting (Cloudflare): the site is hosted and served through Cloudflare, which may process technical data such as IP addresses for security, attack prevention, and proper operation.
  • Fonts (Google Fonts): the site's fonts are loaded from Google's servers. When a page loads, your IP address is transmitted to Google in order to deliver the font.
  • Videos (YouTube): videos on the site do not load automatically — they load only after your explicit click. From that moment, YouTube's (Google's) terms of use and privacy policy apply, and it may set its own cookies.

Photos and Videos of Students

The photos and videos on the site, including those showing students and conference participants, are published in coordination with the participating schools and subject to the required consents. If you or your child appear in content on the site and you would like it removed — contact us and we will handle the request promptly and with the sensitivity it deserves.

Your Rights

Under the Protection of Privacy Law you may review information held about you (to the extent any exists), and request its correction or deletion. Since the site itself stores no personal information, such requests will mainly concern messages sent to us on WhatsApp or content appearing on the site.
